PROJECT MANAGER, INTERIOR PROJECTS
We seek an esteemed and accomplished project manager to join our team and assume a pivotal role in our cruise ship interior projects. As our interior project manager, you will lead and foster teamwork among internal functions, manage contracts and finances efficiently, mitigate risks, and manage stakeholders. Your esteemed role will include planning and allocating resources precisely, communicating progress and insights throughout the project lifecycle, and supporting sales activities accordingly.
To excel in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing cruise ship interior projects, a comprehensive understanding of project business, construction knowledge, strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, excellent team-building and leadership abilities, a results-oriented mindset, resilience, proficiency in analytical tasks, and outstanding communication skills. Your fluency in English is a must for this role. As a project manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our cruise ship interior projects, leading and guiding the team to success. This pivotal role should inspire and excite you about the opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects and the industry as a whole.
Based in our offices in Turku, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and on projects across Europe requiring travel.
