NORDBLU PUBLISHES 2024-2025 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT
Our company has released its 2024–2025 Sustainability Report, outlining key performance indicators related to international operations, procurement, and responsible growth.
During the reporting period, 100% of the company’s sales were derived from international export activities. Supplier purchases increased by 1,837%, reflecting significant operational growth. Additionally, 96.1% of total procurement was sourced from European suppliers, supporting Nordblu’s commitment to responsible and regionally focused supply chains.
The Sustainability Report provides a comprehensive overview of our approach to transparent and sustainable business practices. Through continued focus on accountability and long-term value creation, we remain committed to meeting the expectations of our clients and key stakeholders, while contributing to the development of a sustainable future.

CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT AT NORDBLU
Nordblu announce significant changes to its ownership and leadership structure, marking a new chapter in the company’s journey. As of June 2025, Saapunki Marketing has acquired a majority stake in Nordblu, now holding 58% of the company’s shares. Saapunki Marketing brings a solid background in sustainable development within the global shipbuilding industry, having served select high-profile clients in the shipbuilding and construction sectors since 2018. This new ownership structure strengthens Nordblu’s commitment to advancing environmentally responsible practices, operational efficiency, and strategic long-term growth.
As part of this transition, changes have been made in the operational team and the board, and they have also relinquished their shareholder status. Additionally, one of the shareholders has divested a minority stake in Nordblu.
This new phase presents an exciting opportunity to reinforce Nordblu’s position as a trusted partner to ship owners and brands worldwide. The company will continue to prioritize exceptional customer satisfaction, value creation, and sustainability, while also enhancing its ability to support clients in achieving their operational goals.
Reflecting this transformation, Nordblu will also undergo a complete visual rebranding, symbolizing the fresh direction and renewed focus that lie ahead.

SUBCONTRACTING TRADE FAIR 2024, FINLAND
The three-day lasting Subcontracting Trade Fair is taking place in Tampere starting on the 1st of October. This trade fair is the leading industrial event in Finland and the second-largest industrial subcontracting fair in Europe. It is an event where various innovations are exhibited, including products, services, production methods and processes, materials, and components. This year’s theme is AI-Driven Productivity.

Habitare is the leading furniture, design, and interior event in the Nordics. The event offers five days of inspiration and experiences at the Helsinki Exhibition Center.
